Modu-Loc Fencing Now Available on TOOLBX

March 21, 2022

Modu-Loc Fence Rentals and TOOLBX are announcing a new partnership that will allow Toronto builders to order temporary fencing via a mobile app. This is the first time that temporary fencing will be offered on TOOLBX, a procurement platform that connects Canadian contractors with construction suppliers. Through TOOLBX, builders can order and schedule delivery of a wide variety of construction materials – all without having to leave the job site.

Ordering construction fencing through TOOLBX is an especially attractive alternative for home builders and small construction firms. These groups tend to require a smaller quantity of fence, and will often pick up the fencing themselves doing to avoid minimum charges.

“One of Modu-Loc’s core values is Excellent, Reliable Service – and that means constantly searching for ways to improve the ordering experience for our clients,” says Chris Muc, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer at Modu-Loc Fence Rentals. “Making our temporary fencing available via a mobile app was a natural next step. TOOLBX shares our interest in delivering convenient solutions to construction clients, and we’re excited to partner with them to enable quick and easy access to our products.”

Convenience means meeting our customers on the channels they’re already using. As Modu-Loc’s clients have increasingly turned to tech solutions to manage various aspects of their construction projects, enabling online ordering of temporary fencing just makes sense. Using the TOOLBX app, clients will now be able to order their construction fence direct to site in just five quick taps. Benefits include:

  • Easy-to-use, self-serve ordering – clients can order temporary fence alongside all their usual building materials
  • Transparent, flat-rate pricing – Modu-Loc fencing packages 100 linear feet are available on the TOOLBX app
  • Ability to enhance fencing solutions with some of our most popular safety and security products, also available on the app
  • Delivery scheduling according to project timelines, allowing builders to get back to focusing on what matters most – the build

While Modu-Loc fencing is now available to order through the TOOLBX app in the Greater Toronto Area only, additional service areas may be added in the near future.
