Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

With 16 locations across Canada providing nationwide service, Modu-Loc Fence Rentals has been supplying site containment solutions to our customers since 1996. Position Function

This is a front-line position serving clients in person, over the phone, and electronically while also providing administrative support to a team of seven. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Working Relationships

The position interacts directly with clients, Modu-Loc’s Administrative team, Sales and Operations staff, and helps to support Modu-Loc Vancouver’s field staff.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Exemplify Modu-Loc’s Core Values in all dealings with customers and coworkers.
  • Answering phone calls and returning phone messages.
  • Replying to emails.
  • Acting as primary contact for external clients and resolving inquiries. Handling client requests for invoices, receipts, and billing queries.
  • Data entry.
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Managers, Sales Managers, Sales Reps


  • Work in the office five (5) days per week (40 hours) during regular business hours (7:30am to 4:00pm).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Accuracy, ability to deal with multiple demands, and strong organizational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience working in a Reception or Administrative Assistant position, and/or in an office setting.
